Our adjusters have extensive training and experience in handling water damage claims and are keenly aware of the subsequent potential for microbial growth.  They realize that response time is the key to mitigating the damage and will make every effort to expedite the mitigation process through the insured and the emergency services contractor. 

  • Available to accept new assignments 24/7. Upper management is on call after hours. (No answering service – No remote call centers)
  • Immediate contact on emergency water losses and contact on all non-emergency water losses within 24 hours.
  • Supervise, coordinate and monitor emergency services and mitigation efforts to include selective demolition, the amount of equipment in use as well as the amount of time the equipment is on site.
  • Coordinate leak detection efforts upon request.
  • Monitor building materials for elevated moisture levels and potential microbial growth.
  • Monitor partial and complete contents pack outs.
  • Assist in temporary lodging and other additional living expenses when necessary.
  • Obtain recorded interviews upon request.
  • Secure evidence for potential subrogation upon request.
  • Research public records to verify ownership of the property.
  • Negotiate with emergency services contractors for the cost of such services in an effort to reach a settlement agreement that is fair and reasonable.  (Water extraction, drying procedures, selective demolition, pack outs, storage and mold remediation).  We will prepare comparative estimates upon request.
  • Certified in Mold Remediation.
  • Complete Insured to Value calculations upon request.
  • Complete interior diagrams of the affected areas upon request.
  • Meet with restoration contractors and the insured to get an agreed scope and cost of repairs after the structure has been properly dried out.  Our adjusters write their own restoration estimates based on a scope of damage that they deem fair and reasonable.
  • Monitor the restoration and/or replacement of water damaged contents.  Inventory items deemed to be a total loss and address potential salvage.
  • Monitor the restoration process to conclusion.
