Winkler, Treger and Associatesis an independent adjusting company incorporated in Florida delivering first class service to insurance companies throughout the country. Our experience allows us to deliver a comprehensive approach that combines our extensive knowledge in restoration construction and property adjusting.  This unique background allows us to deliver services with quality.  At Winkler, Treger and Associates we are committed to customer service and building long standing professional relationships.

What sets us apart from other companies?Our combined expertise in restoration construction and property adjusting.  This allows us to operate more efficiently by not only writing an accurate estimate, but by writing one that will result in a quick and fair settlement with your insured.  With 25 years experience in the construction industry combined with over 50 years in the insurance industry, Winkler, Treger and Associates will provide a product that will settle your claim!

Additional services that we provide.Winkler, Treger and Associates also has a staff of experienced casualty adjusters fully qualified to handle liability claims including, but not limited to; bodily injury liability, property damage liability, auto liability and commercial liability claims.  We take pride in our adjusters’ ability to complete detailed and thorough investigations and make subsequent settlement recommendations to our clients. We now offer Special Investigation Support Services to the Insurance industry. The Special Investigations Support Service unit is staffed by professional insurance industry leaders with more than 50 combined years of experience. Our SIU staff is qualified to handle services including, but not limited to; in house training for Adjuster CE Credits, a review of your SIU Fraud Plan to ensure compliance, and on line reviews of your claim files to identify potential fraud and subrogation.

In adition to our daily adjusting services, we have partnered with our affiiate company, Strategic CAT Solutions, to offer Catastrophe Adjusting Services. The SCS vision is to strategically place their clients where they will be in a position to deliver quality service by not overextending their commitments. Many companies will make promises and hope they can deliver. SCS will only commit where they know they can deliver. Their goal is to under commit and over perform, exceeding your expectations. With their experience in the insurance and construction industries, SCS is uniquely qualified to provide quality and accurate adjusting services.
